To open a new support request, click the "Add" button.

Then, carefully complete all required fields. This will allow our team to process your request more efficiently.

The information provided in each support request will help technicians to solve your problem faster.

Be sure to be clear and precise in the description of the problem encountered and always send an export of the logs file when it is available.

You do not have the opportunity to submit a support request if your tool has not been previously linked to your Autotuner account. To do this, send us an email with the serial number of your tool as well as the email address used by your Autotuner account.
